Louisiana has the best blueberries - and I speak with the authority of a person who has picked and eaten blueberries all across the US. Here in Louisiana they are big, juicy, and sweet with delicate skins and prominent blueberry flavor making them absolutely perfect for all your blueberry treats. And while you could drop them into a Bourbon Summer Fruit Smash if you’re looking for a slightly more sophisticated beverage highlighting one of the Big Easy’s hidden gems we present this signature cocktail. This pretty purple sip carries a delicate sweetness thanks to a blueberry syrup brightened with just a hint of mint; a tart, zesty note thanks to a lemon-lime combo; and iconic foamy head and a silky mouthfeel thanks to an egg white or in this case Fee Brothers Cocktail Fee Foam.

Garnish with a few blueberries and you have a summer cocktail for you’re most sophisticated of gatherings.
