An umami note prevails that I can't quite place though Mert insists it's shitake mushrooms but what I can say is this is a meal in a cigar, in a tiny cigar, who knew! Consistent and smokeable all the way to the nub, Definitions Pig Maduro was a pleasant surprise and much needed reminder to slow down and enjoy even the small stuff.
