Will it New Dawn? Seoulful Sour

y cocktails are my jam so when I saw the kit for this on @shakerandspoon I was super excited... until I found out they recommended gin as the spirit base 😢 What's a whiskey girl to do? See if it New Dawn's of course! This excellent riff definitely has me adding the original to my cart now!

Seoulful Sour (with New Dawn)

2 oz New Dawn Bourbon

¾ oz pineapple-lemongrass-pepercorn “tea”

½ oz gochujang-honey syrup

squeeze lemon juice

bars poon simple syrup

3 dashes fee foam

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake till cold and strain into a coupe or martini glass. Sprinkle with gochugaru.
