Persephone’s Christmas Kiss

1 ½ oz New Dawn Bourbon

1 oz pomegranate juice

¼ oz simple syrup

¼ oz Zoranj Anmè (or your orange liqueur of choice)

¼ oz lime juice

3 dashes Turkish Tabbacco bitters

3 dashes cardamom bitters

3 oz sparkling wine

Combine ingredients except sparkling wine in a mixing glass with ice. Still till chilled and strain into champagne flute. Top with Sparkling wine..

Mahogany Spiced Old Fashioned

2 oz oz New Dawn Wheated Whiskey

½ oz simple syrup

3 dashes cardamom bitters

3 dashes plum biters

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir till chilled and strain into rocks glass.
