Mocha Old Fashioned Recipe
1.5 oz New Dawn bourbon
1 oz chocolate syrup
1.5 oz coffee or espresso
2 dashes chocolate bitters
top with coffee mousse
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until cold and then strain into a rocks glass. Top with coffee mousse. Coffee Mousse: 1 tbs instant espresso powder, 1 tbs sugar, ¼ cup warm water. Combine in a mixing glass or bowl and whisk until a thick froth forms.
