Mocha Old Fashioned
Sophisticated and rich this dessert cocktail takes the coffee and bourbon combo to the next level. What ever you do, don't skip the mousse!
Mocha Old Fashioned Recipe
1.5 oz New Dawn bourbon
1 oz chocolate syrup
1.5 oz coffee or espresso
2 dashes chocolate bitters
top with coffee mousse
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until cold and then strain into a rocks glass. Top with coffee mousse.
Coffee Mousse
1 tbs instant espresso powder
1 tbs sugar
1/4 cup warm water
Combine in a mixing glass or bowl and whisk until a thick froth forms.
