Coconut Lemon Bliss
For the dairy free babes out there we present the Coconut Lemon Bliss. A clarified cocktail using condensed coconut milk, limoncello, and a basil for that extra je ne sais quois. This one’s a summer sipper sure to evoke island breezes, cabana boys, and no worries. Having a party or want to have this on hand all summer long? Whip up a batch and store in the fridge up to a month!
Coconut Lemon Bliss
1.5 oz New Dawn bourbon
1 oz Limoncello
1/2 oz sweetened condensed coconut milk
1/2 ounce lemon juice
handful of basil (Thai or African Blue Basil preferred)
garnish with lemon slice and basil
Combine ingredients in a mason jar, muddle basil and then top with lid and shake to combine. Chill in the fridge overnight. Use a coffee filter to strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with lemon slice and basil.
