Equinox Accord

2 oz New Dawn Bourbon

0.5 oz apricot liqueur

0.5 oz amaro Nonino

1 barspoon honey syrup

2 dashes orange bitters

Expressed orange peel

Stir all liquid ingredients over ice until well-chilled and balanced. Strain over one large cube in a rocks glass. Express the orange peel over the top and rest it on the rim. Garnish: Orange peel + an apricot half or a single edible flower.
