Havana Nights Old Fashioned (Dawn’s Favorite Old Fashioned)
2 oz New Dawn 10-year Wheated Whiskey
1 sugar cube or 1/2 oz simple syrup
6-8 dashes 18.21 Havana Hide bitters
In a rocks glass, soak sugar cube with bitters. When completely saturated, grind with muddler until fine, add bourbon and stir and grind until sugar dissolved. Add ice and swirl until chilled.
