Your Number One Burning Question Answered: What does New Dawn taste like?

Words can only go so far, but from a supertaster, they can go a long way. Every New Dawn whiskey is small-batch and cask strength. Dawn chooses each one herself for its rich, robust and complex character, and each one has a flavor profile all its own.

6-Year-Old Cask Strength Bourbon. Organic New York corn, rye and barley, aged in the Catskills, open on a nose of apricot, anise, sugar cane and chamomile. The palate is smooth and mellow: cherry, apricot, almonds and croissant, with a velvet mouthfeel. The heat builds slowly and stays approachable, then fades to juicy fruit.

Cask strength rewards a slower pace. Pour a measure, add a few drops of water if you like, and let it open up in the glass. Then press play and taste along with Dawn.
