For me, the mission goes deeper than marketing strategy. It is rooted in a profound understanding that time is the most finite resource we have. New Dawn was born from a legacy of flavor, directly inspired by my father’s love for premium spirits. He didn't just teach me to drink whiskey; he taught me to taste it (not shoot it). He fueled my love of the outdoors and fascination with nature that led me to a PhD in Ecology.
