Every Sun Sign Sippers cocktail is built to be that sign's drink of the year — the pour you reach for whether you're celebrating a win or steadying yourself before a hard decision. For Leo, that meant starting with our 6-Year Cask Strength Bourbon, aged in the Catskill Mountains from a mash bill of organic corn, rye, and barley. Its natural notes of cherry, chocolate, and vanilla are the same richness Leo runs on — nothing about a cask strength pour is diluted, including its confidence.
We built The Solstice Crown like a Manhattan for a monarch: bourbon, Cherry Heering to lean into that natural cherry note, sweet vermouth, orange bitters, and a flamed orange peel for the aromatic flourish Leo can't resist. A brandied cherry and an optional gold sugar rim finish it — the crown, quite literally.
